All adults 40
and older who are going to camp will need to have have a doctor’s signature dated after 7/25/08. All campers 39 and
younger will need to have a doctor’s signature dated after 7/25/06.
Note that there is a new medical
form and that in the future, it will have to be updated annually by everyone. However, if you have a form for your son
(or yourself) from a previous year that is still valid, you may use it through the end of this year.
